The infrastructure, which implements <strong>Regional Law no. 10\/2024<\/strong>, was presented by <strong>Alberto Stefani<\/strong>, President of the Veneto Region, on March 13, 2026, at the opening of the press conference marking the first hundred days of his administration.<\/p><p data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"1082\">The announcement of Venexus marks the beginning of the operational phase of the journey that started in 2025, when ChainOn was awarded the European tender launched by the Veneto Region. ChainOn has not limited itself to developing the technological architecture: it will also play a central role by handling the launch and<strong> operational management<\/strong> of the Platform over the next <strong>three years<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1778\">An<strong> important milestone<\/strong> also in ChainOn\u2019s strategy, as <strong>highlighted by CEO Giovanni Palazzi<\/strong>:<br data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1177\" \/><em>\u201cWith the contract with the Veneto Region, ChainOn makes a quantum leap not only technologically but, above all, socially. Our Platform becomes a strategic tool for the public sector as well, expanding our business model and becoming a concrete driver of collaboration between public and private sectors. This opportunity allows us to leverage our know-how to help Italy tackle the challenges of development and shared value, demonstrating how innovation can generate real impact on communication, sustainability, and Made in Italy through efficiency and tangible benefits for all stakeholders.\u201d<\/em><\/p><h2>The infrastructure: operation and technological innovations<\/h2><p data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"2381\">Venexus connects <strong>promoters of projects<\/strong> for the common good (Region, Municipalities, and Provinces, also in collaboration with the third sector) with Benefit Corporations and ESG Companies to implement concrete initiatives of public utility in the fields of social impact, environment, sports, and culture. Among the platform\u2019s main innovations is the use of <strong>blockchain technology<\/strong>, employed to ensure transparency, traceability, and immutability of processes\u2014elements that have always been central to ChainOn\u2019s technological offering.<\/p><p data-start=\"2383\" data-end=\"2475\">The <strong>Platform digitizes<\/strong> the entire lifecycle of a partnership through the <strong>following phases<\/strong>:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2477\" data-end=\"3167\"><li data-section-id=\"1qoib83\" data-start=\"2477\" data-end=\"2628\"><p data-start=\"2479\" data-end=\"2628\">onboarding via SPID or CIE and registration in the regional registers of Benefit Corporations, ESG Companies, and Projects for the Common Good;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"3mhaht\" data-start=\"2629\" data-end=\"2772\"><p data-start=\"2631\" data-end=\"2772\">one-page project site: promoters describe their initiatives on a dedicated one-page site, specifying objectives and engagement methods;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"en6uzd\" data-start=\"2773\" data-end=\"2901\"><p data-start=\"2775\" data-end=\"2901\">matching: the Platform facilitates the meeting between companies\u2019 needs and available projects, enabling direct contact;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"esjowt\" data-start=\"2902\" data-end=\"3167\"><p data-start=\"2904\" data-end=\"3167\">letter of intent on blockchain: after negotiation and upon reaching a preliminary agreement, the parties sign a letter of intent automatically generated and notarized on the Veneto Region\u2019s blockchain, ensuring maximum transparency and full legal certainty.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3169\" data-end=\"3354\">The Platform <strong>measures the impact of each project<\/strong>, generating a report that can be used by funding companies in their Benefit Corporation Impact Reports and ESG Sustainability Reports.<\/p><h2>A model replicable beyond sports<\/h2><p data-start=\"3356\" data-end=\"3552\">The full implementation of Venexus strengthens <strong>ChainOn\u2019s role as a benchmark<\/strong> in the innovation and digitalization of sponsorship and partnership processes.<\/p><p data-start=\"3554\" data-end=\"3756\">With Venexus, ChainOn establishes itself as a leading operator for organizations aiming to integrate quality, sustainability, efficiency, and measurability into a single modern and transparent system.<\/p><p data-start=\"3758\" data-end=\"4433\">The launch of Venexus represents an important milestone in ChainOn\u2019s growth path, as <strong>CEO Palazzi emphasized<\/strong>:<br data-start=\"3866\" data-end=\"3869\" \/><em>\u201cWe have demonstrated our ability to build complex digital infrastructures for the public sector with the same solidity and reliability already recognized by the private market.
